They shall be capable of being cast loose, shall not be permanently secured in any way, and one of the ring life buoys shall have attached to it a line at least 60 feet in length. Inspector observed life line buoy chaffed and degraded. Replace with approved lifeline. 46CFR180.30-10(b)

Lloyd's yachts and small crafts. MI identified several cracks to the hull: Fwd of the aft STBD engine inboard mount. Aft of the FWD inboard Port engine mount, and center rail at the base.
