Code: 1470, The fuel inlet to the #5 cylinder on the main engine is leaking fuel and soaked the lagging in and around the leak. The condition of the ship and it's equipment shall be maintained to remain fit to proceed to sea without danger to the ship or persons on board. Provide evidence and Master's statement attesting to the leak repair and replacement of oil soaked lagging on main engine.

Resolution: Vessel crew replaced gasket material in pipe connection points and resolved the fuel leak. Oil soaked lagging was cleaned and/or replaced.
