Vessel could not properly demonstrate proper operation of two instruments . Prior to transfer operations, vessel must provide servicing certificates for 02 gas detection instruments.

Resolution: Vessel surveyed by class. Sector Boston given confirmation by class that problem was isolated/repaired. All engines for propulsion and generators have been tested with satisfactory results and vessel is ready for departure.
