The condition of the ship and its equipment shall be maintained to conform with the provisions of the present regulations to ensure that the ship in all respects will remain fit to proceed to sea without danger to the ship or persons on board. Numerous brakets and supports for the catwalk, stairs near the manifolds cargo piping and firemain are holed and or wasted. Including but not limited to the following: common cargo line supports, port side manifold ladder/stairs, hydraulic overboard valve control brackets, SBD drain line drip tray support, and aft of the cargo block firemain hydrant piping. 74 SOLAS(20Cont.)
