1710 - ANY FAILURE OF THE OIL FILTERING EQUIPMENT SHALL BE RECORDED IN THE OIL RECORD BOOK PART I. PSCO OBSERVED OWS IN ALARM STATUS WITH THE SYSTEM READING 9PPM WHILE NOT IN USE. OIL FILTERING EQUIPMENT DID NOT ZERO WHEN FRESH WATER WAS FLUSHED THROUGH THE SYSTEM. OIL RECORD BOOK INDICATED ZERO CALIBRATION FUNCTIONING PROPERLY.

Resolution: Recieved a report# 2019864 from Lloyds register attesting to the clearing of deficiency for 15 PPM alarm sensor. 15 PPM sensor replaced with same type OMD-24, S/N 4001648. Sensor was installed, calibrated and tested.
