THE INERT GAS SYSTEM REFERRED TO IN CHAPTER II-2 OF THE CONVENTION SHALL BE DESIGNED CONSTRUCTED AND TESTED TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE ADMINISTRATION, IT SHALL BE DESIGNED TO BE CAPABLE OF RENDERING AND MAINTAINING THE ATMOSPHERE OF THE RELEVANT CARGO TANKS NON-FLAMMABLE. PSCOS OBSERVED INERT GAS WAS UNABLE TO BE STARTED. PRIOR TO CARGO DISCHARGE OPERATION PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION./ VESSEL WAS ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE PROPER OPERATION OF INERT GAS GENERATOR PRIOR TO USCG DEPARTURE.
