SHIPS SHALL BE DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED AND MAINTAINED IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE STRUCTURAL, MECHANICAL AND ELECTRAL REQUIREMENTS OF A CLASSIFICATION SOCIETY WHICH IS RECOGNIZED BY THE ADMINISTRATION. VESSEL FOUND TO HAVE MULTIPLE FRACTURES ON BOTH SIDES OF THE VESSEL BETWEEN FRAMES 128-140. WITHIN THE NO 4 PORT FUEL TANK: IN SIDE LONGITUDINALS AND IN THE SKIN OF THE SHIP. PSCO DISCOVERED ADDITIONAL UNIDENTIFIED FRACTURES WITHIN THE STBD TUNNEL FRAMING OF THE CARGO HOLD.
