Electrical installations should be such as to minimize the risk of fire and explosion from flammable products [10.1.2]. Electrical equipment should not be installed in hazardous locations unless it conforms with the standards not inferior to those acceptable to the Organization [10.1.4]. PSCOs noted two explosion-proof flood lights installed in hazardous area that do not present as original. One (on top of compressor room) is missing one of bolts for explosion-proof junction box and does not have proper explosion-proof plug for un-needed cable entry. Other (on top of deck storehouse) also does not have proper explosion-proof plug and gasket is wasted away, compromising the MESG (Maximum Experimental Safe Gap). *These lights also meet the deck lighting requirements for the transfer area from 33 CFR 155.790* 74 SOLAS 14 VII/13.1 REF IGC 93/10.1.2 and 10.1.4 50ac
