Resolution: Vessel provided documentation and photographs depecting the installation and engine tests of the rescue boat's outboard motor.

PSCO observed engine room forward starboard EEBD carry bag zipper corroded and unable to operate allowing rapid deployment of EEBD. 74SOLAS (14) II-2/14.2.2.1
