The 220 volt electrical power panel had high insulation resistance alarm when emergency lighting was on.

Resolved 9 February 2026
Resolution: PSCO witnessed emergency lights energized without the 220 electical power panel signaling alarm. PSCO recieved class report stating ship corrected the electrical non-compliance with MED compliant parts.

13102 - Auxiliary Engine Where main or auxiliary machinery including pressure vessels or any parts of such machinery are subject to internal pressure and may be subject to dangerous overpressure, means shall be provided where practicable to protect against such excessive pressure. Vessel reported that cooling water low pressure alarm for Aux. Engine No.2 is not functional due to defective sensor. 74 SOLAS (2004) Ch. II-1/27.2
