The 220 volt electrical power panel had high insulation resistance alarm when emergency lighting was on.

Resolution: PSCO witnessed emergency lights energized without the 220 electical power panel signaling alarm. PSCO recieved class report stating ship corrected the electrical non-compliance with MED compliant parts.

Vessel reported that cooling water low pressure alarm for Aux. Engine No.2 is not functional due to defective sensor. 74 SOLAS (2004) Ch. II-1/27.2
