The oil record book Part I shall be completed on each occasion of machinery space operations to include disposal of oil residues (sludge and other residues). Entries of Evaporation from number 1and number 2 waste oil tanks have not been made since 16MAY11. Engineers state evaporation is used to reduce water from these tanks, and have been ongoing. 10c
