The survey shall be such as to insure that the necessary repairs or renewals have been effectively made, that the material and the workmanship of such repairs are in all respects satisfactory, and that the vessel complies in all respects with the regulations in this subchapter.
1. In accordance with LR Class report and condition of class, M/E oil mist detector must be monitored and logged by engineers on a daily basis for a period of 30 days.
2. The engine room shall be fully manned in accordance with the vessel's COI.
3. The vessel must have tug assist while transiting in/out of the port.
4. The vessel is restricted to Sector Mobile's zone, as described in 33 CFR 3.40-10. Should there be a need to depart the zone before the above is satisfied, you must request permission from the OCMI.
