Operating generators must provide a continuous and uninterrupted source of power for the ship's service loads. Starboard generator tripped off line causing temporary loss of power and the emergency diesel generator to energize. Submit a tech report and/or a root cause analysis to determine the cause. Operate on the port generator until the cause of the incident is determined and repairs are affected.

On ships carrying at least two search and rescue locating devices (aka SART) and equipped with free fall lifeboats one of the search and rescue locating devices shall be stowed in a free fall lifeboat and the other located in the immediate vicinity of the navigation bridge so that it can be utilized on board and ready for transfer to any of the other survival. The ship has two (02) SARTs located by the port/starboard exits of the bridge, but none installed the aft free-fall lifeboat. Install a SART inside lifeboat.
