There was no documentation on two crew members receiving the vessel orientation. Document vessel orientation for all members of the crew to the satisfaction of the TPO. The master of the vessel was not following TSMS procedures when documenting Fire Drills. Provide TSMS training to master to the satisfaction of the TPO. Provide objective evidence to the CG.
