Emergency escape hatch from engine room STBD side and exit door on Port side have hasps on doors for locking from the outside creating a potentially hazardous condition. also, STBD side egress grated platform has no means of securing the platform from falling on crew member. Gasket on exit door must be permanently attached to the door.
