THE PSCO OBSERVED MODIFICATIONS HAD BEEN MADE TO FIXED HYDROCARBON GAS DETECTION CABINET REQUIRED TO BE GAS-TIGHT BY FSS CODE. THESE MODIFICATIONS LEFT HOLES IN SIDE, BOTTOM, AND FRONT PANEL OF CABINET, POTENTIALLY ALLOWING FLAMMABLE VAPORS TO ESCAPE THE CABINET. CREW PERFORMED REPAIRS TO COVER THE HOLES. 74SOLAS(09) I/11
