PSCO observed No. 3 COT level transmitter electrical gland substantially wasted. 74SOLAS(20)VII/10.1 IBC Code 10.1.2.1

Electrical installations shall be such that the safety of the crew and ship from electrical hazards will be ensure. PSCO identified: 1. Slop port explosion proof housing for lighting on deck was not sealed evident by the water intrusion and debris inside housing. 2. The $5 port side transmitter amplifier wire insulation was ripped and exposed on deck. 3. Bonding cables were found disconnected on the #3, #4 STBD manifold lines, STBD #3, #5, and slop crossover pipe sections, STBD slop tank cleaning line, and the #2 cargo tank electrical junction box.
