2010 the ship's captain has not signed entry pages to verify its accuracy. All entries are recorded as if the vessel was a tanker instead of a cargo vessel. As result of these not-conformities the vessel sailed without an operating fire detection system with an unmanned engine room. PSCO recommend flag state conduct an External ISM audit of the vessel and the company. ISM Code Reg 6
