Vessel failed to notify Captain of the Port prior to fumigating cargo holds. 46 CFR 147A.10

Resolution: Received Tech report stating that connections were checked found good, and crew was instructed to re-seal. VDR log was checked and it was noted that VDR stopped recording 05MAY 13:30 and resumed 07MAY 15:30 after crew repair.
