A low-level alarm for each hydraulic fluidreservoir to give the earliest practicable indication of hydraulic fluid leakage. Audible and visual alarms shall be given on the navigational bridge and in machinery space. PSCO observed no audible alarm from the #1 and #2 steering pump on the bridge.
