The condition of the ship and its equipment shall be maintained to conform with the provisions of the present regulations to ensure that the ship, in all respects, will remain fit to proceed to sea without danger to the ship or persons onboard. While conducting pre-departure checks, the vessel experienced a fault on their main engine cylinder lubrication system. 74SOLAS (2020) I/II

The protection of the cargo tanks shall be acheived by a fixed inert gas system in accordance with the requirements of the FSS Code. PSCO observed auxilary blower outlet valve stuck in the closed position.
