PSCO observed fluid overflow on the emergency generator. Chief engineer stated it was coolant. 74 SOLAS (cons) II-1/26/1, 60ac.

0740-Pumps. Both primary #1 and #2 Fire pumps had excessive water leakage around the mechanical shaft seals with the pump was not operational. Leakage of water was enough to fill the bilge void flooding alarm, causing crew to leave the alarm in cut out mode. SOLAS II-1 c.
