Electrical cables, equipment, and wiring shall not be installed in hazardous locations unless it conforms with the standards no inferior to those acceptable to the organization. During course of inspection, PSCO observed 01 explosion proof light fixture with moisture inside port fwd deck light, and 01 fixture with multiple cracks in lense, stbd fwd deck light.
