Resolution: Received technician report that repairs were effected and radar is fully functional.
T/V Leyte Spirit lost engine power for approximately 10 minutes. After 10 minutes the Captain of the vessel reported they regained contol and continued the transit. During the remainder of the transit the engine had continual issues.
