Instrumentation shall be fitted for continuously indicating the oxygen content of the inert gas. Oxygen content meter on the generator was inoperational. Resolution: Received Class Report NKK attesting the installation and satisfactory operation of new O2 Sensor on ship's Nitrogen Generator.
