0663- Immersion Suits. Immersion suuit of an appropriate size somplying with the requiremetns of section 2.3 of the code shall be provieded for all persons on board. All immersion suits were rated 55-95kg however two crew members exceeded this size and din't have a properly fitting immersion suit. SOLAS (14)III/32.3.2 7III/32.3.3.

0663 Immersion Suits. Before being assigned to shipboard duties, all persons employed or engaged in sea going ship shall recieve familarization training. Both the Electrician and Cook arrived onboard 18MAY15. Both indicated that they had tried on lifejackets but no indiciation was made that Immersion Suits didn't fit. Crew members sailed for 8 months without immersion suits. STCW 95/A-VI/1.1
