0750, Fire Prevention. Where "A" class divisions are penetrated such penetrations shall be suitably insulated by extension of the insulation at the same level of the division. There are four holes through the bulkhead of the pipe and electric cable trunk on B-deck where hold-back hooks, not in compliance with 74 SOLAS (09) II-2/9.4.1.1.4.4 was located. Resolution: Received Class report from NKK attesting to the removal of the hold-backs, and the holes were closed by welding and ground.
