Electrical equipment of a type which will not ignite flammable mixtures on board tankers shall be installed in a spae where flammable mixtures are libale to collect. Light fixtures within the deck storage locker missing a cap fixture, light is no longer explosion proof. 74SOLAS(04)II-1/45.10 Rectify deficiency within 30 days.
