Ship could not provide technical drawing of IGS analyzer. PSC Officer undable to verify that IGS oxygen analyzer was installed IAW manufacturer guidelines. 74 SOLAS (04) II-2/4.5.5.3.2 FSS 15.2.1.2

Light fixtures within the deck storage locker missing a cap fixture, light is no longer explosion proof. 74SOLAS(04)II-1/45.10 Rectify deficiency within 30 days.
