PSCO observed multiple leaks on the NO.2 HFO Purifier pump, located under the pump. PSCO observed an active diesel pipe, leaking at the flange, located above the NO.2 HFO purifier. PSCO observed multiple leaks from steering gear pump #1 and pump #2 from piping, flanges, and seals. PSCO observed a hydraulic oil leak on the emergency generator piping system.
