Crew is currently not documenting items in the Ballast Water Management Plan or the Bio-Fouling Plan as required by the Code of Federal Regulations, 33 CFR 151.2050(g), Ref. IMO Res. 207(62), 10C.

2120: Every ship shall carry a Garbage Management Plan, which the crew shall follow. Mixed food waste along with paper, strings and other items was found at the final collection point prior to disposal into the sea. Crew has deposit food waste 26, times into the ocean, which contained other items, MARPOL V/10, 10C.
