PSCO observed an active leak platform forward of te main engine. A temporary soft patch was installed to control the leak.

Such penetrations shall be suitably insulated by extension of the insulation at the same level of the division. PSCO observed WIFI cable passing through "A" class boundary without the proper insulation on all decks of the house.

Resolution: The vessel replaced the malfunction piece of equipment on the emergency generator. CG members witnessed successful start of the emergency generator with secondary means.
