1899 - OTHER (TANKERS) - When Table 1 refers to this section or requires a cargo to have closed gauging system, them cargo's containment system must have a high level alarm that can be seen and heard where cargo transfer is controlled and on the open deck. Vessel is not fitted with high level alarm on the open deck. 46CFR153.409(b) 40c - Vessel is fitted with operational overfill alarm on deck.
