The purpose of this regulation is to contain a fire in the space of origin. For this purpose the funtional requirements shall be met: The fire integrity of the divisions shall be maintained at openings and penetrations. PSCO observed open cable penetrations on bulkhead leading to aft steering. This boundary is a class A boundary.
