PSC examiners observed asphalt residue on several areas of the deck by cargo tank and cargo truck tank #4 portside. A review of the vessels cargo operations procedures clearly oulines procedures for effective cargo loading. SOLAS 2014 Chap IX Reg 3.1 ISM code part 7

Resolution: Received report of survey from Bureau Veritas surveyor attesting to satisfactory inspection of all cargo deck areas, finding no sign of asphalt residue on deck.
