Additionally, PSCO observed several oil soaked rags stuffed throughout E.R. and purifier flat. 74SOLAS (20) II-2/4.1.3

PSCO observed active diesel oil leak on bunker supply line valve in E.R. Leak was contained in a ZOL bucket which was actively overflowing in bilge. 74SOLAS(20) II-2/4.2.2

Resolution: Received class report attesting to replacement of the FTV41 valve on the fuel oil transfer and bunkering system. Pressure test carried out by crew on 21MAY24 with satisfactory result. During class attendance, no oil leaks were observed.
