Resolution: Received BV Class report stating a breaker on the emergency panel was connected to BWTS, Class made ship disconnect breaker fixing the issue. No effect to BWTS.

PSCO observed block foam distributer above boiler, ships maintenance plan does not address visual inspection of distributors. 74 SOLAS (09) II-2/14.2.2.1

Resolution: Vessel has implemented monthly checks of the firefighting system and it's components into it's PMS. Logs of the checks were observed during the exam. Vessel will provide class report.
