Scantlings, material, and workmanship, subdivision of cargo spaces, fitting of cofferdams, and testing of tanks shall be at least equivalent to the requirements of the American Bureau of Shipping or other recognized classification society.
Inspectors identified one inset 20"L X 5"W X 2.5"D on the #3 Port Wing tank gunnel. Vessel shall enact permanent repairs to the satisfaction of the Coast Guard during the barge's next dry dock.
