The condition of the ship and its equipment shall be maintained to conform with the provisions of the present regulations to ensure that the ship in all respects will remain fit to proceedto sea without danger to the ship or personnel aboard. PSCO observed active hydraulic oil leaks on the Controllable Pitch Propeller system and on the steering gear. An order for CPP parts was place in December of 2022 and have not yet been received.

Resolution: Vessel repaired hydraulic oil leaks on the Controllable Pitch Propeller system and on the steering gear. Documentation from servicing company provided.
