THE CONDITION OF THE SHIP AND ITS EQUIPMENT SHALL BE MAINTAINED TO CONFORM WITH THE PRESENT REGULATIONS TO ENSURE THAT THE SHIP IN ALL RESPECTS WILL REAMIN FIT TO PROCEED TO SEA WITHOUT DANGER TO THE SHIP OR PERSONS ON BOARD. THE CARGO PUMP ROOM WAS UNABLE TO BE EXAMINED DUE A MARINE CHEMIST BEING UNAVAILABLE. VESSEL SHALL SUBMIT MARINE CHEMIST CERTIFICATE TO SECTOR NEW YORK PRIOR TO DEPARTURE.
