THE CARGO PUMP ROOM WAS UNABLE TO BE EXAMINED DUE A MARINE CHEMIST BEING UNAVAILABLE. VESSEL SHALL SUBMIT MARINE CHEMIST CERTIFICATE TO SECTOR NEW YORK PRIOR TO DEPARTURE.
