IAW D8/D9 TBSIP Guide,on 07SEP23 received report of 3’6” x 2’9” x 3/8” inset to stbd gunwale near #2 wing void. Prior to cargo and permanent repairs submit repair plan(s) to attending CG Marine Inspector. 46 CFR 30.01-10 D8/D9 TBSIP V3.0
