13101- Propulsion and Auxiliary Machinery-PSCO observed active fuel oil leaks on main engine fuel supply lines and #4 cylinder head. The C/E stated that the valves have been ordered and he was replacing the injector on the #4 cylinder. Resolution: Received, reviewed and accepted class report from ABS stating the deficiencies were rectified. The main engine fuel delivery, return line and #4 fuel pump, were overhauled. The system was charged to the working pressure, no leaks were observed.
