The 80BC portable fire extinguisher designated for the outboard motor is being stored in the center storage hatch of the vessel, this extinguisher needs to be relocated to a more accessible location to the outboard motor. Additionally, MI observed all three portable fire extinguishers being placed in storage locations without brackets/mounts or means of securing them in place. All portable fire extinguishers need to be secured in a bracket/mount.
