Except where otherwise stated, the normal equipment of every lifeboat shall consist of: a food ration as described in paragraph 4.1.5.1.18 totaling not less than 10,000 kj for every person the lifeboat is permitted to accommodate; these rations shall be kept in airtight packaging and be stowed in a watertight container. PSCO observed 01 food rations that were expired. 74 SOLAS 20 III/34 LSA code IV/4.4.8.12 10c

The ship and its equipment shall conform to the current regulations and remain fit to proceed to sea without danger. During a 2016 drydock, tow bits were installed to stern towing arrangements that prevent opening of the stern emergency towing arrangements pick up gear box. SOLAS 2014 / I Reg. 11(a)
