Vent covers were available for use, however, full closure could not be made because there was a lack of velcro on all sides of the vent opening. Install velcro on all four sides of the vent opening to allow for proper closure.

The training shall be logged or otherwise documented for review by the Coast Guard. Drill logs were provided, but crew training logs specific to emergency duties were not provided. Prepare and provide appropriate logs to the satisfaction of the CG MI.
