While examining vessels ring buoy it was noted the unserviceability of the grab line and reflective tape due to deterioration as per regulations 46CFR180.70(c) and 46CFR185.604(i). Vessels operator was made aware and will make repairs and provide photo documentation to M.I. once complete.
