Resolution: Crew overhauled #1 and #2 aux Engine duplex fuel oil strainer and found o-rings worn. Crew replaced o-rings. Witnessed running of aux engines and surveyed fuel oil lines with no leaks.

The recording device should also store data for at least 18 months and should be able to display a protocol for official inspections.
