Oil filtering equipment referred to in PARAGRAPH 6 of this regulation. In addition it shall be provided with alarm arrangements to indicate when this level cannot be maintained. The 15 PPM bilge alram shoud be so constructed that the alarm is always activated whenever clean water is used for cleaning or qeroing purposes. Chief engineer could not show alram activation when fresh water was introduced to the oil content meter.
