Whenever an accident occurs to the ship or a defect is discovered, either of which affects the safety of the ship or the efficiency or completeness of its lifesaving appliances or other equipment, the master or owner of the ship shall report at the earliest convenience to the Administration, the nominated surveyor or recognized organization responsible for issuing the relevant certificate who shall cause investigations to be initiated to determine whether a survey is necessary. Vessel reported to the USCG that at 0400 on 16 February 2026, vessel experienced a soft grounding at Freeport, Bahamas Anchorage. Vessel is inspected under ACP and ABS is the RO. On the afternoon of 16 February an underwater inspection was conducted by ABS approved service provider EMM Divers in Freeport, Bahamas. Damage identified is as follows: • Both Forward and Aft Dry Bulk Keel Coolers on the starboard side of the hull are damaged and will require replacement. These have been secured. • Starboard propeller – deflection and crack on one propeller blade. • Indentations from bow to stern on starboard hull, with one approximately 2cm in depth. • Anti-fouling coating partially removed from starboard and centerline hull. RO has submitted conditions of class to require vessel to reassess damage and complete repairs to satisfaction of attending surveyor. Vessel has submitted a Transit Plan via email that has been reviewed and is permitted to transit to Fourchon, LA for repairs.

Precautions shall be taken to prevent any oil that may escape under pressure from any pump, filter, or heater from coming into contact with heated surfaces in accordance with SOLAS II-2 Reg 4.2.2.6. Vessel sustained a fire on the exhaust lagging on the stbd main diesel engine. Repair to the satisfaction of class prior to movement.

While conducting sea trials a small fire was discovered in exhaust lagging on PORT MDE in area of turbo.
