"Whenever there is a hazardous condition, as defined by § 175.400 of this sub-chapter, on board the vessel, the owner, master, agent, or person in charge shall immediately notify the Captain of the Port of the port of place of destination and the Captain of the Port of the port or place in which the vessel is located of the hazardous condition." On August 31, 2023 vessel collided with rocks hidden under the water line. Due to tide change, vessel had list to port side and took on some water while resting on rocks it collided into. collision and water caused damage to multiple electronic systems and required the engine to be flushed out. The hazardous conditions and the fixes made were not reported to the Coast guard in the required time. Vessel will be prior to pax until examined by the Coast Guard. 46 CFR 185.203
