Action required: 60 - Rectify deficiencies prior to movement
Resolved 13 February 2020
Resolution: Vessel personnel replaced the #4 pressure pump on the main diesel engine with an onboard spare. Class surveyor conducted operational test of the engine in the ahead commands and no signs of leaks were noted.

Fire detection and fire alarm systems shall be kept in good order so as to ensure their required performance if a fire occurs. Tested five flame detectors in engine room. Tests resulted in unsatisfactor results as crew had to replace three detectors which were then tested satisfactory. Unable to verify that flame detectors throughout the engine room are operating correctly.
