07126 - Means shall be provided to control the leaks of flammable liquids. PSCO observed the fuel filter for the main diesel engine was leaking diesel fuel at a rate of 5 drops per second. PSCO observed approximately 15 gallons of oil removed from the bilge pocket after the condition was shown to the chief engineer.
